Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

• Exchange: You can exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.

• Defective Items: In the case of manufacturing defects, you have up to 30 days to return the product.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene standards for thermal wear, products that show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Refund Process

1. Quality Check: Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

2. Approval: Upon passing inspection, your refund will be approved.

3. Payment Methods: Refunds are processed exclusively via Instapay or Smart Wallets (e.g., Vodafone Cash).

4. Timeline: Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account after the quality check is complete.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a change of mind or size exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping fees & shipping being one & half of cost the normal shipping cost.

• If the product is defective or incorrect, Thermo Egypt will cover all shipping costs.
